So it turns out that my screen even though super special awesome had a shitty colour calibration. It was showing all colours in a purplish-blue hue and when I had the chance to see my gallery on *KleeB's Mac I was in shock and got kinda depressed.
I did see a printout of some of my drawings and now I understand why they were kinda yellowish from time to time. I'm wondering now if I should go though most of my deviations and fix the colours now that I've re-calibrated my screen (which I still need to see if it's properly done) or just put it down as the 'antique phase' and say like a true artist that, but of course it was supposed to be that way.
On the other hand I got to work on PS on that Mac and now I see why they are considered superior when it comes to graphics. It also had driven me nuts and I was swearing like a seaman because I couldn't get used to the keyboard shortcuts. Mac OS is pretty, shiny and annoying, but damn that screen.
Here's a compare pic how it used to look like on my screen and how it looks on a printout/the screen right now. I'm more annoyed now then sad though.
